The modern specifics of the development social relations are due to new phenomena that require research and regulation. One these is issue conflict interest settlement in business sphere. Given this, it critical analyze causes conflicts system management production public goods, which will contribute acceleration improvement transformation economy Ukraine. work aims identify interests sphere determine methods their settlement. methodology consists of: dialectic method, abstraction analysis synthesis logical-semantic classification grouping system-structural functional sociological statistical formal-legal synergistic historical-legal comparative-legal method interpretation hermeneutics, analytical logical-legal method. As a result research, noted generally accepted term denoting contradiction between protected by law must be satisfied actions another authorized person personal this person. In particular, essence, peculiarities passage, consequences field were investigated. Attention drawn fact considered as potential threat implementation entrepreneurial activity.
